The setup progress tracker shows four key steps. Most users stall at 90% because the escalation number is optional but the system still flags it.
- 1Open Receptionist Settings → Overview and look at the Setup Progress section.
- 2Complete any remaining steps: Business Info, Business Hours, Services, and (optionally) Escalation number.
- 3Even at 90% your receptionist can go live — the escalation step is optional.
