If you decide Zevaux fits, your card is charged for the plan you selected and service continues uninterrupted. If it isn't a fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed. No credit card is required to start the trial.

A minute is one minute of active call time handled by Zevaux. Inbound calls answered by your AI receptionist count toward your monthly minutes. SMS messages, email replies, and dashboard activity are unlimited on every plan.
Overage minutes are billed at a flat rate (shown on each plan card). You'll see usage in your dashboard and get an alert at 80% and 100%. If you regularly run over, switching to the next tier usually saves money.
