Appointments booked on calls aren't appearing in my dashboard

Booking requires services to be configured and the AI to be allowed to book. Check both before troubleshooting elsewhere.

For appointment booking to work, your services must be configured, your booking rules must be set, and the AI must be allowed to book during calls.

  1. 1Open Receptionist Settings → Services and confirm services are added and marked Appointment Required.
  2. 2Open Appointments and confirm your availability, time slots, and buffer times are configured.
  3. 3Open AI Settings and confirm booking is enabled for calls.
  4. 4Click Refresh on the Appointments page - newly booked appointments can take up to 60 seconds to appear.
