For appointment booking to work, your services must be configured, your booking rules must be set, and the AI must be allowed to book during calls.
- 1Open Receptionist Settings → Services and confirm services are added and marked Appointment Required.
- 2Open Appointments and confirm your availability, time slots, and buffer times are configured.
- 3Open AI Settings and confirm booking is enabled for calls.
- 4Click Refresh on the Appointments page - newly booked appointments can take up to 60 seconds to appear.
