Booking rules tell the AI when you're available, how long each service takes, and how much buffer to leave between appointments.
- 1Open Appointments and configure your booking rules.
- 2Set your available days and hours, appointment duration per service, and any buffer time between appointments.
- 3Add each service in Receptionist Settings → Services with the correct duration so the AI knows how long each booking takes.
The more specific your booking rules, the better the AI performs. Vague rules lead to double-bookings.
