Gmail isn't connecting to Zevaux

Gmail connection requires OAuth authorisation through your Google account. This unlocks the inbox and lets the AI send on your behalf.

Gmail connection uses OAuth — Google asks you to grant Zevaux permission to read and send mail on your behalf. The AI cannot work without these permissions.

  1. 1Open Integrations in your dashboard and click Gmail.
  2. 2Click Connect Gmail and sign in with the Google account you want to use for business email.
  3. 3Grant all requested permissions — Zevaux needs both read and send access.
  4. 4If Google shows an *app not verified* warning, click Advanced then Go to Zevaux to proceed.

If you disconnect Gmail later, the Email AI will stop sending and receiving until you reconnect it.
