The Email AI has a confidence threshold — it only auto-sends when it's confident enough in the reply. Below that threshold the email goes to the AI Review queue for your approval.
- 1Open Email and switch to the AI review queue tab to see emails pending your approval.
- 2If most emails are landing in the queue, the AI needs more training. Add FAQs and upload documents in Receptionist Settings → Documents.
- 3Complaints, sensitive emails, and unknown categories never auto-send by design — this is a safety feature, not a bug.
- 4Confirm the Email AI is enabled in AI Settings.
The more FAQs and documents you upload, the more confident and accurate the AI becomes over time.
