The Email AI generates replies from your business profile, FAQs, and documents. Wrong replies almost always trace back to outdated or missing training data.
- 1Open Receptionist Settings → FAQs and add or fix the answer to the question that was answered incorrectly.
- 2Upload updated documents in Receptionist Settings → Documents — pricing, services, policies.
- 3If the issue is urgent, open AI Settings and temporarily disable Email auto-send while you update training data.
The AI never invents prices it doesn't know. Wrong pricing means incorrect info exists in your documents — replace the document and re-upload.
