The AI answers based on what it has been trained on. Incorrect answers almost always mean the knowledge base needs updating.
- 1Open Receptionist Settings → FAQs and add or correct the answer to the question the AI got wrong.
- 2Open Receptionist Settings → Documents and upload the latest version of any business document price list, service menu, policy.
- 3Open AI Settings and add a specific instruction to override the behaviour e.g. *Always quote $75 as the base consultation fee*.
- 4Use the AI Settings preview to test the response before going live.
