Recordings and transcripts are generated after the call ends and can take up to two minutes to appear in your Call Logs.

Recordings and transcripts are generated after a call ends and can take up to two minutes to appear in your dashboard.

  1. 1Open Call Logs and click Refresh — wait at least two minutes after the call before checking.
  2. 2If the call appears but has no transcript, the call may have been too short (under 10 seconds) for a transcript to be generated.
  3. 3If calls are not appearing in the log at all, confirm your phone number is correctly connected and that calls are routing through Zevaux.
