Call summary emails go to the email address registered on your Zevaux account after every call. If they aren't arriving, check the basics first.

  1. 1Check your spam or junk folder — summary emails from noreply@zevaux.com are sometimes filtered by email providers initially.
  2. 2Add noreply@zevaux.com to your safe senders list to make sure future emails land in your inbox.
  3. 3Confirm the email on your Zevaux account is correct.
