Callbacks are captured when a caller asks to be called back and the AI logs the request. If they're not showing up, check filters and your AI instructions.
- 1Open Callbacks in your dashboard and click Refresh.
- 2Check the status filter make sure it's set to All Status, not just one specific status.
- 3If callers aren't triggering callback requests at all, open AI Settings and update your instructions so the AI proactively offers callbacks when callers can't be helped immediately.
