Callback requests aren't appearing in my dashboard

Callback requests are captured when a caller asks to be called back and the AI logs it. Check filters and AI instructions if missing.

Callbacks are captured when a caller asks to be called back and the AI logs the request. If they're not showing up, check filters and your AI instructions.

  1. 1Open Callbacks in your dashboard and click Refresh.
  2. 2Check the status filter make sure it's set to All Status, not just one specific status.
  3. 3If callers aren't triggering callback requests at all, open AI Settings and update your instructions so the AI proactively offers callbacks when callers can't be helped immediately.
