SMS messages aren't being delivered

SMS delivery failures are usually caused by messages stuck in Pending awaiting approval, or by your plan not including SMS yet.

SMS delivery failures usually come from one of two places — either the message is stuck waiting for approval, or your current plan doesn't include SMS at all.

  1. 1Open SMS in your dashboard and check the status column. Look for messages marked Failed or Pending.
  2. 2If your SMS Processing Mode is set to Hybrid, the AI drafts replies and waits for your approval before sending. Open the message and click Approve.
  3. 3If your mode is set to Manual, you have to send the reply yourself — the AI only drafts.
  4. 4SMS is a paid feature on Growth plan and above — Starter does not include SMS. Check your current plan in Billing.
