SMS delivery failures usually come from one of two places — either the message is stuck waiting for approval, or your current plan doesn't include SMS at all.
- 1Open SMS in your dashboard and check the status column. Look for messages marked Failed or Pending.
- 2If your SMS Processing Mode is set to Hybrid, the AI drafts replies and waits for your approval before sending. Open the message and click Approve.
- 3If your mode is set to Manual, you have to send the reply yourself — the AI only drafts.
- 4SMS is a paid feature on Growth plan and above — Starter does not include SMS. Check your current plan in Billing.
