These modes control how much automation is applied to your outbound SMS replies. Pick the one that matches your comfort level with the AI.
The three modes
- 1Fully AI — the AI writes and sends replies automatically. Best for high-volume businesses that fully trust the AI's voice.
- 2Hybrid — the AI drafts replies and you approve before they send. Recommended for most businesses — control without manual effort.
- 3Manual — the AI only drafts. You write and send every reply yourself.
Start on Hybrid until you've reviewed a few AI drafts and feel confident in the quality, then graduate to Fully AI.
