Spam calls are still getting through

Spam detection has to be enabled and configured in Receptionist Settings before unwanted calls are filtered.

Spam detection has to be turned on and configured before unwanted calls are filtered.

  1. 1Open Receptionist Settings → Spam detection and toggle the spam layer ON.
  2. 2Enable the blacklist and add any repeat spam numbers to permanently block them.
  3. 3On Growth plan and above, you can enable advanced spam scoring (Twilio Lookup + Nomorobo) for stronger filtering see your current plan in Billing.
