Analytics populate as calls, SMS, and emails are processed. A brand-new account will show zeros until activity occurs.

  1. 1Make a test call to your Zevaux business number and let the AI answer.
  2. 2Wait about five minutes, then check the Analytics dashboard.
  3. 3Use the time filter at the top right — switch between 7 days, 30 days, or All Time.
