Lead capture has to be configured in AI Settings before the AI knows what caller information to collect.
- 1Open AI Settings and confirm lead capture is enabled.
- 2Configure which fields to capture — name, phone, email, and reason for calling are recommended.
- 3Use the AI Settings preview to test that the AI is asking for caller information correctly before going live.
